Matt Woodman has over 18 years experience having held senior positions with major global real estate investment corporations based in Sydney, Hong Kong and London

Prior to establishing Box Capital, Matt headed up the Australian division of Aviva Investors and was responsible for establishing their property investment business. Leveraging from strategic local partnerships, he created a series of logistics investment funds for local and offshore institutional investors. Previously Matt worked at the Goodman Group for 9 years with roles across Asset and Funds Management, including 4 years at Goodman’s Asian head office in Hong Kong as Director and Fund Manger. Matt has also worked for Grosvenor at their global head office in Mayfair, London

Matt has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (Land Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney

Sam Vincent has worked in Australian real estate for over 24 years having held senior positions in real estate development and investment in both private and listed companies.

Leveraging development expertise and strategic local partnerships, he has been responsible for real estate acquisitions, due diligence, implementation, delivery and strategy.  Prior to joining Box Capital, Sam headed up the Logistics Investment Management at GPT and was responsible for the overall portfolio performance and strategy of the Logistics portfolio this included real estate development across Australia.

Sam has an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building), a NSW Department of Fair Trading Contractor License (Builder), Member Master Builders Association and a former Property Council of Australia NSW Industrial Committee Member.
